NW608 Nils Extreme - these are telescopic poles that allow quick and easy length adjustment. Both pieces have a non-slip and ergonomic handle with an adjustable strap. The poles are equipped with an internal anti-shock shock absorbing system that absorbs vibrations during hiking. It provides protection to the joints even during intense walking. NW608 Nils Extreme are designed for flat surfaces with a hardened surface and a soft surface. Product versatility was achieved through the use of replaceable tips. The reflective sticker provides additional security. Nordic Walking is a walking with poles invented by a group of Finnish doctors and outstanding athletes. This new, and at the same time a simple way to increase the level of activity, resembles cross-country skiing combined with sport gait. The whole comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves the efficiency of our body. During walking, the muscles of the buttocks, lower legs, thighs, as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen work with the poles. The involvement of such a large group of them has a positive effect on improving our overall physical fitness.
