Shipping within Greece
At MyBrandShoes, we strive to offer the best shopping experience with fast and reliable delivery across Greece.
- Shipping: The charge starts from 2 euros and is adjusted according to the weight of the package according to the shipping cost list below.
- Delivery time: 1-3business days. If product availability is limited, you will receive updates via SMS & email.
- Delays may occur in remote areas or due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.).
- We work with ACS Courier & ELTA Courier. If your area is not covered, we will contact you for an alternative shipping solution.
- Bulky or heavy shipments will be handled by a transport company assigned by us.

Returns – Free of Charge
You can return a product within 60 days for free under the following conditions:
- Wrong item received (incorrect size, color, or model due to our error).
- Defective product or lack of agreed quality.
- Store credit (the new order total must exceed €25 incl. VAT).

International Shipping
Cyprus
- Shipping fee: €8.75
- Delivery time: up to 7 business days via ACS Courier.
- Express delivery available via DHL Express Cyprus (option at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available – prepayment is required.
Europe
- Shipping is handled by DHL Express/Economy, UPS Standard & DPD, depending on your location and order volume.
Outside Europe
- Shipping fees start at €17.36.
