Shipping within Greece
At MyBrandShoes, we strive to offer the best shopping experience with fast and reliable delivery across Greece. All shipments within Greece are handled by ACS Courier.
- Shipping cost: calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order, according to the table below.
- Delivery time (business days from dispatch): Attica and Thessaloniki usually next business day, rest of mainland Greece 1-2 days, islands 1-3 days, remote areas up to 5 days.
- Tracking: as soon as your order is handed over to ACS, you receive an email with the tracking number.
- If product availability is limited, you will receive updates via SMS & email. Delays may occur due to force majeure (bad weather, strikes, etc.). If your area is not served, we will contact you for an alternative shipping solution.
- Bulky or heavy shipments will be handled by a transport company assigned by us.

Returns – Free of Charge
You can return a product within 60 days for free under the following conditions:
- Wrong item received (incorrect size, color, or model due to our error).
- Defective product or lack of agreed quality.
- Store credit (the new order total must exceed €25 incl. VAT).

International Shipping
Cyprus
- Shipping fee: €8.75
- Delivery time: up to 7 business days via ACS Courier.
- Express delivery available via DHL Express Cyprus (option at checkout).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available – prepayment is required.
Europe
- Shipping is handled by DHL Express/Economy, UPS Standard & DPD, depending on your location and order volume.
Outside Europe
- Shipping fees start at €17.36.
