The training pads are made of durable and impact-resistant material. They have a special insert (T30 foam) that absorbs the force of impacts, ensuring the safety of the coach and the athlete during training. The pads also have appropriate straps that allow the coach to hold them securely. The key role of the training pads is to allow the coach to work on the precision, speed, power and effectiveness of striking techniques. The coach can proactively work with the trainee to perfect specific combinations of strikes, movements and blockings. The training pads also allow for dynamic training that more closely resembles a real fight.
