It's used for training in both boxing and all types of kicking sports (kickboxing, MMA, taekwondo, muay thai, etc.). Training with the bag helps improve punch combinations, punching power, and endurance. The bag features a triangular handle on the bottom, allowing it to be attached to the ground or to a punching bag anchor. The bag is full. OUTER MATERIAL : Plawil with a corrugated structure (650g/m2) FILLING : foam-latex-rubber granulate BAG CLOSING : strong zipper hidden behind the collar HANGING METHOD : The bag is suspended using two very strong, 4.5 cm wide straps (each strap has a load capacity of up to 500 kg) connected to triangular handles sewn to the bag. The stitching is additionally secured by a strong webbing collar sewn around the top of the bag.
