Large HMS WA06 exercise roller
WA06 HMS is a roller used for upper body exercises. Its high quality and proven design will satisfy even the most demanding users. The device has a durable rim and a tire made of material with very good adhesion to the ground. The shape of the tread combined with its elasticity means that the roller does not scratch the surface. User stability is improved by Velcro handles.
Almost the whole body works with the roller. In addition to the rectus abdominis, deep and oblique muscles are involved. Going higher, the widest dorsal muscle is also stimulated, as well as the larger, smaller and dorsal round. In addition, shoulder muscles - shoulder and triceps - also work. In turn, a tight base in the knee is provided by tense thigh muscles, i.e. the quadriceps and buttocks - the great gluteus.
