NW607 Nils Extreme are telescopic poles that allow quick and easy adjustment of their length depending on the user's height. NW607 Nils Extreme poles have a non-slip and ergonomic handle with an adjustable glove. Interchangeable pads and plates allow the use of sticks when hiking on flat areas with surfaces such as asphalt, grass, snow, sand, mud, etc. Nordic Walking is a walking with sticks invented by a group of Finnish doctors and outstanding athletes. This new, and at the same time a simple way to increase the level of activity, resembles cross-country skiing in combination with sport gait. The whole comprehensively develops the muscular system and improves the efficiency of our body.
