SR80 HMS is an adjustable bar. The set includes a neck, 17 plates and a stand. The device is ideal for people exercising at home, but it will also work well in the training room, replacing the entire rack of traditional dumbbells.
The use of an innovative plate mounting system allows a very quick and easy change of load during training. Unlike traditional dumbbells, removing and putting on plates does not require unscrewing the clamps and putting on and removing plates. On the SR80, simply put the bar on the stand and use the two knobs to set the desired load. After lifting the bar again, there will be plates corresponding to the chosen setting.
