In addition to the rectus abdominis, deep and oblique muscles are involved. Going higher, the widest dorsal muscle is also stimulated, as well as the larger, smaller and dorsal round. In addition, shoulder muscles - shoulder and triceps - also work. In turn, a tight base in the knee is provided by tense thigh muscles, i.e. the quadriceps and buttocks - the great gluteus.The WA10 HMS wheel thickness allows the user to fully focus on the technique of performed exercises, which translates into increased exercise efficiency.
